Our flour originates from the grinding of our biological wheat, that we personally bring in the only mill still fed to water with stone grinding.

Different typologies of grinding are made for being able to offer an ampler range and therefore more proper for the use that requires.

The flour 0 are proper for salty preparations as bread, pizza, crescentine and an excellent it skims through for fresh pasta.
